MNK RISK CONSULTING is looking to hire an Administrator.
Bachelor’s degree will be considered as an advantage;
Over 2 years of professional experience in a corporate environment will be considered as an advantage;
Very good command of the English and Greek language, both verbal and written
Ability to communicate with impact
Computer literacy.
Organize the correspondence of the office.
Welcome quests upon arrival.
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the department
Review the company’s files and prepare all the necessary documents
Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (calendar management, book travel, book facilities and equipment, manage meeting agendas).
Effectively respond into office operations and partner with other team members on business-related projects.
Organize and maintain an effective filing system
Answer queries by employees and clients
Be the point of contact within the team and with other departments
Identify the team’s main goals, and how to provide the administrative support needed to help them get there.
